What Sunglasses Does Future Wear?

Named as one of the Best Dressed Men in 2016 and also the Best Accessorized Man in The World, Future Hendrix is no doubt one of the most stylish rappers out there.

Judging by the many professional and paparazzi pictures that made their way in the internet world, he does not have any piece of clothing or accessory done wrong.

For example, he was snapped at the 2016 UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball in Atlanta wearing a Dior suit and Temple and Bridges x Lance Fresh 2 Clear sunglasses. He looked so dapper and fresh with not a single hair out.

His accessorizing might is not restricted to the cowboy hats he is famously known to wear only. On many a stage, red carpet or if he is just out and about in town, he is seen rocking the likes of Rock and Roll printed scarves, pins and gold and silver chains stacked on his neck.

Many rappers have different ways of setting themselves apart from the rest and Future uses accessories to bring some much-needed personality to the basics that make a man’s style.

One of those add-ons is the use of sunglasses to make a statement, and a statement he makes when donning very stylish and statement-worthy sunglasses, be it on the stage, red carpet or when he is out and about doing normal stuff.

Future is known to wear his sunglasses indoors. When interviewed by a Canadian online magazine why he puts them on even indoors, this is what he had to say,” The reason I keep [them] on is because usually I’m just in another zone, where I don’t want you to be looking at me in my eyes, like “Man what are you thinking? How are you looking? Are you tired? Are you here? Are you somewhere else?” You know what I’m sayin’? You just try to be able to keep people out [of] your business. If you keep your glasses on, they don’t ask you what you’re doing. Or if you’re high – or not. You don’t know if I’m sober or if I’ve been smoking.”

Future has been seen rocking the Thom Browne sunglasses on the red carpet. Browne is a menswear designer who has ventured into making eyewear. Starting out small in 2001, Browne’s traditionally based hand-made suits are now recognized by museums around the world like the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum and the Fashion Museum in Bath.

Browne’s eyewear has taken his unique style and craftsmanship in its design. Not one to compromise quality in anything he does, one has to see and feel the glasses to appreciate them.

The clincher with these sunglasses is that the sunwear line has a unique twist on sun protection for the eyes during the day. When night falls or one finds themselves indoors or in normal light conditions, the optical frames will do a wonderful job of giving your eyes optimum function.

This feature in the Thom Browne sunglasses gives the wearer a luxurious experience when wearing them, one does not have to remove them when they enter a building and hence why Future loves those glasses.

Thom Browne sunglasses are not casual glasses; they are luxurious glasses with serious quality and style. When one acquires them, they become a collector’s item thanks to its design that iterates the forties, fifties and sixties style.

When Future hosted SNL last year, there was a flood of questions online trying to find out what sunglasses he was rocking in front of the camera.

“Awesome!!!” By Montree

“I purchased these sunglasses from a retailer, and was very happy with how light they were. They are the one of the most comfortable pairs of sunglasses I have ever owned. Light on the face and very good looking. I get a lot of compliments on these. What’s even cooler is that I can trace the design lineage to a pair of 1915 King’s Motorcycle goggles I own. I will be loving these for a very long time!!!” By A. S

“I am a huge fan of Thom Browne but his sunglasses are complete crap, especially for the price. I recently received a pair as a gift ($800 retail) and immediately noticed how cheap the workmanship appeared to be. I thought I might be overreacting but when I took them to an optometry shop for prescription lenses, they were in complete agreement. They laughed at the price. The knowledgeable store owner pointed out the cheapness of the materials, the cheap hinges, even the poor quality of the lenses. What a disgrace to the brand name! Thom, please look at the quality of the things you put your name on!” By Fyvo
